Assume that user has voice-capable modem. The program should have the following features: 1) Ability for user to record (with microphone), save, and load outgoing message (.wav files). 2) List of phone numbers may be entered manually, or imported from a line/comma/tab delimited text file. Numbers are dialed one by one. 3) Recognizes recipient-phone-pickup and begins playing voicemessage about 2 seconds later (variable). 4) Recognizes answering machine beep/tone. Upon detection, program aborts first message and plays an alternate message. 5) Recognizes a no-pickup (busy or no answer) and moves such number to end of list. A second failure or a fax tone causes number to be skipped. 6) Program automatically moves to the next number if it detects that the current listener hangs up. 7) Need a registration system - something simple. For example, user can only broadcast to a maximum list of 10 phone numbers until registration code is entered. Reg code may be any number between 1111111111 and 9999999999 that is divisible by 17. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
