Hi,
I have been programming with VB for over eight years now (the last three or so with VB6). I can have this project done for you using code that will use only beginniner's concepts within 24 hours of when I see escrow clear. It would be especially helpful if you could forward the exact assignment to me on bid acceptance so that I can get it exactly the way the instructor wants it. I'm assuming that you will supply the list of registered voters in some sort of a text file?
