Description:
Hi,
I need the following program implemented in Visual Basic 6.
Design and implement a program in Visual Basic 6 for use by staff that work for a pizza delivery company.
The program should support the following features:
1) Allow staff to enter details of the order (size and type of pizza, toppings and extras, drinks and sundries etc)
2) Calculate and display the total cost of the order
3) Alter details of an order
4) Record the delivery address
5) Reset the screen ready for the next customer
6) Ability for staff to change the charges for the various toppings and extras
7) Ability for staff to change, delete or add to the available toppings and extras
8) Produce a printout detailing the cost for the customer
9) Keep a total of the number and value of transactions dealt with during the day
There are six types of Pizza:
Cheese and Tomato
Hawaiian
Vegetarian
Meat Feast
Seafood
Pepperoni
There are 3 sizes of Pizza
Small
Medium
Large
All Small pizzas are $6
All Medium pizzas are $8
All Large pizzas are $10
The extra toppings available are:
Tomato
Extra Cheese
Mushroom
Prawns
Onions
Bacon
Ham
Each additional topping is an additional 30 cents
The extras available are:
Coke bottle
Garlic Bread Sticks
Chocolate Ice cream
Chocolate cake slice
Cheesecake slice
Each extra is an additional 99 cents.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

This needs to run on Visual basic 6
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Aug 9, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
