I can develop this presentation for you in around 6-8 hours time using powerpoint. However you may also consider getting this presentation developed using Flash. In this case i'll deliver it to you in .exe format. Flash will give u more broader platform to play with animations, and sound effect etc. Total development time in Flash would be 3-4 days and would cost $85 (I think this is worth considering).
