Description:
Hello. I am looking for an app that will open a Word document and count the number of lines contained in that document. It should be able to use the modified date to select the current day's "work". There is a field in the document that will be used to tell wether or not the lines SHOULD be counted. The starting point will be identified by key word, and the lines will be counted from that point to the end of the document, excluding headers and footers. A report should be generated from this process giving the total number of lines. If a line count is unattainable, then a word count can be used, but I would like to use lines if at all possible.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 95 and Microsoft Word 97. MAYBE migrating to Windows 2000 with Word 2000 within a year, so portability should be built in if possible.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Completion time/date dependent on acceptance. Within 30 days of accepting the bid.

I can do it in a day and I think it needs 2 or 3 more days to fine-tune the app. I'll send you the first working prototype of the app very soon.
