The system needs to use a MS Access DB Backend. I have a number of different products that are charged per month and billed quarterly. I also have a number of "one off payments" and occassionally offer discounts. The system need to allow me to generate new invoices and list all outstanding invoices. I would also like to view all my clients. each of which has a number of different contacts (ie admin, sales etc). I would also like for the customer to "log a call" by accessing the site.
