Description:
I'm looking for a few lines of code that, after opening a browser window to this page: [url removed], will then, stick a filename (e.g., something like "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\textfile.txt") into the Browse field. (The user will then click the button).
The first part, opening the page, I can do using: ShellExecute hWnd, "open", "[url removed]", "", "", vbNormalFocus
It is the second part, getting a file name into the webpage textbox, that I'm having trouble with.
Thanks for your help! Jon

Showing me a working demo (or giving me the code) is the best way I pick folks. The code must be simple, well commented, and no more than a few lines. No ocx's please.

Jon,
Here's an example of the functionality you described.
It's a little longer than 'a few lines', but it's done using a reliable method.
My bid is for the code to the provided example which is complete and fully commented.
Regards,
- Aaron. |
