Dear Sir
Having developed a similar project in the past for an Aviation company on intranet, we feel confident in placing our bid for this project. The Features what we seek are as follows :-
1. Super Admin Password for overall control.
2. Add Employees with unique username and also allowing/restricting them to certain areas as per their requirement
3. Allowing Employees to update their profile.
4. News Manager : This will have functionalities like posting news to all, to some selected employees and can be displayed in ticker or static form with link 'archives'. Admin can post/edit/delete news.
5. Poll Manager : Admin can post poll question and employes can vote their choices with no two vote from same employee. The Results will be instantly showed in horizontal bar graph form. There will be option to view archives.
6. Task Manager : Task Manager and Task Tracking. Admin will post the task and employee can update their developments and file completion report. Email alerts throughout development would be taken care of.
7. Calendar of Events : Employees can update their calendar with features like setting multiple events of same nature via one click (like submit weekly reports on each saturday etc). We can set up a system whereby employees can allow some other employees to view their scheduler also..
8. Discussion Forum : Multiple Forum with various moderator and over all admin control. Ability to search for forums, filter abusive words etc. Similar to geekvillage.com
9. File Manager : Ability to upload files manage the upload area. Will there be provision for employees to search files and download ? Kindly confirm.
10. Mailing List : Will allow admin to create and send mails to the employees.
11. Employee Manager : - as Discussed above. Can Search, view profile and manage profile. There can be various rating mechanisms also like task assigned, completed on time 60% before time 10% after time 20% warnings 10% etc.. Many things, we can discuss on this.
12. Instant Messages : ASP Based Chats, where by whenever employee logs in, a small window will open and till the time it remains open, the employee will receive instant messages.
There can be various modules like viewing performance report, allocating some tutorials to be read by employees and tracking them etc.
We have worked on ASP and SQL-Server/Access for 56 Projects and assignments. We are confident that we would be able to deliver this project with 100% satisfaction of yours.
