This is really simple.
You'd connect to the server with Winsock, authenticate, then after the authentication, the server just sends the packet Time (Winsock1.SendData 'Time::' & Time)
If you could explain more about your program, I could either guide you and teach you the basic on Socket programming in Visual Basic, and or, create that code for you.
I typed in $4 cuase I wasn't sure exacly what you wanted. But, for something simple as a command or just a program that gets the server time, it's only worth around $4. |
