I have a web browsing program that I'm working on with a chat, browser, news, etc. I wanted to have screen names for the program. I want a hidden online database with every member's IP, Screen Name, and Password. The program needs to be able to access the database. For Example: If a user wants to Instant Message another user, they will type in their friend's screen name. The program will go onto the database, search for that screen name, find the screen name's IP, and use the IP to Instant Message the user. Also, when they log in to the program, they will type in the screen name and password and the program will go on the database and make sure the screen name matches the password.
NOTE: We have a website called potterprophet.com which we use as a server. It does not allow ASP.
Deliverables:
Complete a fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Also, a fully-functional online database, like the one explained above, accessable by the program.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Hello Max,
I am experienced ewb developer, and have a bettwer solution to your problem.
Instead of just downloading database, in this case there has to be a computer that will act as a server. It has to monitor EVERY ip change, store in database, and allow people to download whole database. My solution is based on a free hosting server, that can provide your users with a flash-fast ip-find command.
What I could do is to design a simple access database, and a single(!) ASP file, that would be able to support your site without any problems.
Why should you sped money on hosting computer, when there is a company that is willing to do it for you =)
As you see the price is not so high, only 10$. But turst me, this is a perfect solution to your problem.
