Description:
We are looking to create a new Capabilities document and would like your help.
Please see the attached file and let me know what you might charge to fix it up with some nice graphics and better layout in PDF format. I know that it needs some serious help. It reads and looks very boring right now... We are looking for your suggestions.
The content will be changed a little bit but overall the attached file is fairly representative.
We have also attached a sample that a coder did previously for a client of ours. Your work should be equal or better in quality.

The file size should be small.
Deliverables:

The source file should be design in a software that runs on PC.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
