Description:
The website is located at www.venusmortgage.com
The past coder did a tremendous job under little time and much pressure to rush the site up.
We have found some errors that we made and we need to add a few items and pages and make corrections. We also would like a coder to try and rework the code to make the site look more cleaner and fill the whole browser. We are not looking for a total redesign, perhaps some creativity and cleanup along with some enhancements on the quality and graphics to provide a professional look without redesigning to much.
Estimate about 15 corrections, a few PDF uploads a few more email names to be added and 3 or 4 additional pages to upload. Should be pretty basic.

Neither of these sites are perfect as I do not like boxes within boxes or frames in frames it looks to gaudy.

I don't mind the current layout of the site but it lacks the eye, its not equally layed out and it does not fill the entire browser. I may be over emphasizing on it but your creativity and suggestions by example would be very helpful.
You should develop the proposed change on geocities or some free hosting area to show me as a link then we can tweak it before you upload the change or make changes to the site. I want the site to have little to no interuption in time since we are liable for contracts and commitments. The site cannot be down and remain down for more then one hour.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Hosted on www.addr.com easy to use admin panel and with fast upload capabilities.
Already hosted just need enhancements and to recheck all links and forms to ensure proper working order as well as check the new emails to make sure they are directed to the proper people.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I want the work done asap.
New pages should be developed elsewhere first and shown before actually uploaded. The old page should be saved prior to making a new change. May want to revert back to the old page.
All information is confidential and private, you will release all claims to work, code and pictures and ensure that all of the site is fully functional, operational and tested. You must be available for two weeks after site is completed to correct any flaws in your coding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

First of all, as an experienced Web developer, I must say that from a layout standpoint, both your sites look great. It's obviously just one person's opinion, but I think they are laid out quite well and look very professional and well-done.
However, if there are simple errors in the code, beyond that general layout and design, those should be fixed. I can do that for you, and I can have it done quite quickly once we get started.
You mentioned that you need this done ASAP. If this bid is acceptable, the sooner you approve it the sooner we can get your project underway. The more time I have, the easier it is for me to deliver quality results by the deadline.
Don't let anyone fool you; this should not be a difficult or expensive job. I hope you seriously consider my bid, and I look forward to working with you.
