Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Scope
To fully review the design document.
To provide advice, assistance and understanding the requirements.
To provide a detailed specification for the database design.
To provide a detailed specification for page design and navigation (excluding graphics colours etc.)
To deliver a secure database and web site using the agreed technologies that conforms to the agreed detailed specifications.
To provide technical documentation.
To provide user documentation.
To have fully tested all functionality and corrected any errors.

I will develop a solution using ASP (VBScript) for the Server-side scripting and JavaScript for client-side scripting.
For the database I will be using SQL Server 2000.
