Description:
I have 20 (single page) Microsoft Word documents that I need converted to HTML. Conversion must take place using raw HTML. No WYSIWYG editors (including Front-Page, Dreamweaver, etc.). No using MS Word's convert to web page function. All documents must be converted using hand written html tags and style sheets.
Converted web pages will contain many different types of form fields. Some documents have 20-30 form fields. Form field naming conventions can be made simple. Web pages must look as close to the MS Word doc as possible, including the ability to print on a single page.
Deliverables:
HTML layout restrictions apply (the way tables are indented etc.). Samples will be provided.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Because of the sensitivity of the contents of these documents coders will be required to sign a non-discloser agreement. This agreement basically says that you won't show, use or talk about the content of these pages to anyone. These files are not cloak-and-dagger files, just trying to protect the document contents.
Platform:
These web pages need to be compatible with IE 5.0 + only. This will make style-sheets much easier.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Delivery deadline is negotiable.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
