Description:
Software is a template driven software capable of customizing several different templates online, and then compile online the templates into an executable file which includes a built in viewer of a size less than 300kb. The compiled executable is then downloaded for transfer to a floppy disk or burned to a cd.
Software must include: compiler, database, password generator with time expiry, admin script, client admin script, plus options throughout description.
Information on each client must be stored in a software generated (created) folder on the server under the clients name, and password protected with generation of a unique password which is emailed to the client.
Information on each client must be gathered and kept in a database for admin useage.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Dear Employer,
I believe I have required skills and experience to help you with your problem.
I have over 8 years of software development experience and spent at least
three years developing different parsers and compilers, including
two native-code (x86 and HP-RISC) compilers and many pseudo-code compilers
similar to Java.
I am not familiar with all project details, but if the work actually
requires compiler, I can do this quickly and effectively, because I
already have most technologies already available and tested.
Other than that, I also have extensive experience with all technologies
you mentioned in the project description - Perl, VB, CGI, ASP, SQL, etc,
so that should not be a problem.
I will be able to provide more precise quote and timeframe once I learn
more about the task.
