Description:
I need 12, 7 second Flash cartoon intros for a site. The scene I want is simple. Display various pedestrians walking across the screen. Show some entering from the left and some from the right. Some running, while others walk, crawl or moonwalk. BE CREATIVE.Iwill provide an image that winning bidder will use as the background. The finished product should resemble pedestrians passing my image which is painted on the wall of a building the pedestrians are passing. The pedestrians should be different races and ages but the prevailing theme is defined by my image. I plan on expanding the number of alternating intros by no less than 12 every month as well as developing a few for Holidays or to reflect current events. Ideally I would like to use the same developer to create potentially hundreds of intros. I have someone in mind but would like to extend my request to any talented cartoonist/developer who has the ability to knock my socks off with his ability! I will merge your code into existing site myself as well as create the function to alternate the intro. The image that will serve as my backgroud is attached.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
