Description:
Need a Directory with the look and feel of ASPObjects.com and Hotscripts.com where users can rate a entry in the directory, post a comment about the entry, view 'most viewed' entries, search, multi-lingual switching between english and spanish and needs to be able to support other languages later.
This will be a business directory and will not be a linking directory. The view details page will hold 2 large images, 1 small image and one logo and will need to support HTML / text. Back end should be a simple admin page for updating, ading and deleting records. I can send more specifics once we know how small or big this will turn out.
I have paied $250 and waited from a coder at eLance for 1year this month, to create my Local Business directy and so far I have no working application. I got burned. I conside this a big loss, and will pay $200.00 to the fist coder that can provid me a nice working business directory and / or repair this directory I currently have: a total of maby 7 .asp pages and one(1) .mdb file.
Most link directories can be modified to met my needs. The directoy entries, e.g., a local business will be the entries and have links to pages and not urls and offsite links. The entries will simply link to a one page document of that record, displaying text, and images and a rating system.
I also need a Bread crumb trail application that will show the location of the web page being viewed at any given time, like at yahoo! for example;
autos > cars > new > <document name.> very basic and it needs a back end and support multi-languages (spanish and english)
I will pay $35.00 for this as a stand alone application. It is needed for a new site, and on the same site as the above Local Business Directory.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Include a readme file and complete configuration instructions.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I am looking to complete unfinished work and if required i will quickly rewrite whole code. If possible send me complete specification for the project.
I will complete views in three days time and rest of the code will be done in your specified date.I have good experience of working for bilingual sites.
