This should be in ActiveX form. The control should be able to define a selection of frames, delete any selected portion, extract selected frames to JPG, adjust brightness, insert audio into a video file, insert images into a video file, resize a video file, rotate a video file, and apply a few effects, such as sharpen. All processing operations should not affect the audio content of the video. That is, if you resize a video file that contains audio, it should still contain the audio after editing. The editing operations need to be relatively fast, and the control should have the ability to save in a codec if AVI is selected for the format to save in. The control should have a visible presence. When bidding, please specify if you're available online via ICQ, MSN/Windows Messenger, etc to communicate during the project.
