Description:
A simple script that will chart music. I want my members in a vBulletin mysql database to be able to use this script soit would have to be mergable with that database.

Each Dj could click into the interface under their password and enter their song, artist, record label and chart position up to say 50 songs. These songs would then be added to a local database that keeps track of all the weekly entries and the 50 entries currently in their own chart database would be updated. The script would also generate a text file named DJname.js file of the chart with the song, artist, label and chart positions. With the .js file they will be able to suck it into their own website and pages even if they are not hosted on the same server.
From the main database of all the DJ's lists the script needs to be able to compile a common list of 50 chart positions. That can be placed in a txt file so that too can be parsed by websites that are not hosted on the same server.

The DJ part is a no brainer they enter the list it gets store under their name and prints it to a text file. The basis of the rest is like a polling script. Taking the songs that were user added to each DJ database it would compare each song to what is already listed in field A, and Artist in field B if it is listed it would add the chart position to field C that is already there and add a one to another field D indicating how many have reported that song. Then it would divide field C by field D and get a true chart position and place that in field E. If the song is not on the list it is added to the list placing the the song name in field A, Artist in field B, chart position in field C, a 1 in field D, divide C with D and place that in field E and the label name in field G. Once this is completed it would print to a text file the top 50 list sorted by field E.

Fields
A = Song Name
B = Artist Name
C = Temp chart position
D = How Many DJs Reported
E = True Chart Position
G = Record Label

New chart position from DJs chart + C / (1+D) = E True Chart Position
