A small project that forms part of a larger demonstration system for one of our clients.

We are looking to form an ongoing relationship with a first class coder or company. If our demonstration is accepted by our clients then the coder would be invited to work on the project as it grows. We are looking for a low-cost start, but good ongoing potential and bonuses if our client continue to project.

The "Rights and Permissions server" is a MySQL database that is accessed by our client software across a network to allow system administrators to set who can perform specific functions such as saving files or printing using our software. Our client software queries the database through a web based form telling the database which user is asking. The database returns a text file containing the permissions set for that user.
ADMINISTRATOR INPUT:
User ID:
{USER NAME}
Rights set for that user:
{PRINT OK} or {PRINT FORBIDDEN}
{SAVE OK} or {SAVE FORBIDDEN}
{EMAIL OK} or {EMAIL FORBIDDEN}
{EDIT OK} or {EDIT FORBIDDEN}
AND
{USERGROUP} - a number from 1-8 that sets all four rights above.
CLIENT PROGRAM INPUT: (as a query to a URL)
Authentication:
{USER NAME}
{PASSWORD} [set the first time the user logs on]
OUTPUT: (Permissions as a text file)
{PRINT OK} or {PRINT FORBIDDEN}
{SAVE OK} or {SAVE FORBIDDEN}

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
(Remote) installation on our test server. We will pay additional bonus additional installation on our customer's servers.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Non-compete clause - undertaking of coder not to sell or give this code to anyone else
Non-poaching clause - undertaking of coder not to work directly for any of our clients who we introduce you to for 24 months (unless you already have been contacted or are working with them in which case you must disclose)

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

As described earlier, I will provide you with the 2 ASP (or) PHP scripts.
1st script for admin purposes, and the other for the user login, which will output a text stream with the required data.
