I think the component should do: 1. To send to peer(s)the content of your browser or the URL (for local files must be sent the file ) 2. The user can chose the peer(s) 3. The user can chose if the content of the peer's browser will be automaticaly updated or will be updated on request There are many design options that i have in mind and we can discuss.
