Here will be the features of the script: (a) Will take first command line argument as the filename. (b) Will check in all immediate subdirectories of / and check for the existence of the filename. (c) If it exists, it will not do anything. (d) If it doesn't exist, it will use 'touch' to create the file. Please tell me whether root directory (/) itself is to be included in this procedure or not. The script should be delivered within a few hours after your acceptance of this bid.
