Description:
The purpose of this project is to improve the appearance, design of an existing website built with ASP. There is no need to change the ASP code. We need an artist that will help us with the site's overall appearance.
The site is currently working and it can be seen at

This is a website for a Christian organization in the United States.
If you click through the website you will see different styles, different font types.
The winning bid will redesign the site completely, to make its appearance more professional and user friendly.
I want something that looks very professional, but
that has the following elements:
1. looks good in both IE & Netscape
2. looks good in all major screensize settings
3. loads fast, without a lot of mouseover flips and
big graphics
I'll provide you with :
the name of the website,
1.all articles,
2.all info about the organization,
3.all ASP code,
4.overall proposed site navigation structure.
You create:
1.a fancy logo
2.buttons (or just simple text links)
3.a format for the pages
4.a blank "template" type page that contains no links
or text. (In case I have to add any pages later.)
5.all the existing html pages redesigned on the new format/style
Creatin a fancy introduction using Flash is considered a BIG plus
In order to be considered for this project please provide URLs for previous work.
I will provide all the files posted to the website to the winning bidder.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
All html pages reformated.
Flash pages if they are included.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I understood what you want.
This is my bid, and information about the development proposal.
I'm a professional designer and programmer. I own a web development firm and I have 5 years of experience.
I'll be pleased to work with you in this project. If we'll do this, I'll provide you 1 mounth of e-mail or chat suport after the job is completed.
I'll also make a full documentation of the code and the solutions adopted on the project.
Everything will be done with your constant supervisor, where I'll send you daily e-mail reports.
Now, my challenges:
1)Your site really needs a lot of work, it's graphical poor.
2)Run this fast! I intend to use as much as flash that I can, making files smaller and with more interaction.
3)About the flash intro, I can do this for this bid, but I'll need a day or two more to implement that. I can deliver the site at time, if you let me, I'll deliver the flash with no aditional cost with 2 days max after the deadline. Should take 1 day, actually.
I'll need the pictures, the logo (old one) and the contents.
