Description:
Create a logo for a non-profit organization: The Empire of Snow and Ice. The graphic must be in a vector format to allow scaling. The smallest printed use will be 1" (2.54cm) on a business card up to 2.25" (5.72cm) for the letterhead stationary. The logo will also be converted to a gif image for the web site. This graphic will always be used black on white background.
Our existing logo is a very poor sketch of a castle on a snowy mountain top. It was done by hand, so our only computer copy is a tiff scan and does not scale well.
I have attached two graphics that we feel are good starting points for the new logo. The logo we have in our minds is a circle with the castle inside and the large snowflake rising behind the castle.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional artwork in a 300 dpi EPS or native CorelDraw 8.0 CDR format.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Vector graphics format compatible with Windows Corel Draw 8.0 (EPS or native Corel CDR format)
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Time legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EST (GMT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EST on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
