Description:
I want a piece of software that will act as a news tickertape. I want the software to parse (http://www.drudgereport.com) that takes all of the links with titles including “…” at the end: <A HREF="http://library.northernlight.com/FD20020531750000051.html?cb=0&dx;=1006≻=0#doc">American Library Association Applauds...</A>

but ignores ones that don&'t: <A HREF="http://public.shns.com">SCRIPPS HOWARD</A>

It should take these “…” ending links and use them as the content for the ticker tape.

Additionally it should take the link by any increase font size, like… FONT SIZE = "+7 or FONT SIZE = "+ ANY NUMBER and bold it on the ticker tape.

The software should have the option of how frequently it updates itself and how slow the ticker runs, and the font size to be used, and the location of ticker - TOP or BOTTOM, window or windowless, always on top (on/off). When the mouse floats over the ticker tape content the ticker should stop and when the user clicks on the story it should open your browser and take the user to the link.

The ticker tape should be very, very similar to: http://www.rentacoder.com./RentACoder/misc/LinkToUs/FreeDynamicContent.asp?blnHideChannelSubscribe=true&blnLaunchLinkInNewWindow;=true#ScrollingCodeTicker

However it should scroll horizontally not vertically.

Additionally, the there should be an option for the ticker tape to be a scrolling ticker http://www.vb-helper.com/HowTo/ticker.zip or a static ticker taper: http://metalprices.com/introduction/ticker_tape_instruction_.asp

Sound complex but people have told me that it is simple. Piece of cake simple.

I&'ll take the first bidder that is reasonable and can get it done in a day.

Work is to be done in VB and you can use third party components, but only if they are royalty free and cost nothing.
---------------------
It would be nice to have the option to have it scroll vertically or horizontally. Also, it should only take up about 50 pixels in heigth. Additionally the user should be allowed to select colors of the background, etc. RIGHT CLICKING on the toolbar should bring up the options. I am going to select the winning bidder by tonight. Good luck...JOE.
