Description:
I want a fully operational traffic exchange, similar to nomorehits.com, including ALL of the operations it performs. This will also include placing all the graphics, front pages and showing me how to set-up the ratios, payment processing, and other basic operations, both to members and the companies themselves, which I need as fully automated as possible. If you need further information, post here, and I'll respond asap, as I want this finished as quickly as possible.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
You choose all technicals and show me exactly what you need to have it fully functional.

Time legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EST (GMT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EST on the indicated date.

Special Conditions / Other:
Actual deadline is fully operational rough draft within one week following bid acceptance or initial deposit(if required), whichever comes last.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
