Description:
I want a setup file for an Oracle 9i Client. I have an oracle database I want users to be able to connect to over the internet by downloading a small executable setup file (I heard maybe around 10 megs). I think all I need is SQL Net files. I am going to distrubute this setup file with a program that uses OLE db to connect to my database remotely. I have the IP address of my database to include in the setup file. I am using version 9.0 of the oracle database. The setup file should automatically install all files and settings needed for the program to connect to my database remotely.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

windows 95,98,2000 xp
Special Conditions / Other:
must be completed in a couple of days
