Description:
To write a Visual Basic program which will update/refresh a web query and
send e-mail of the contents of selected cell in an excel (97, 2000) document
to e-mail address/es if contents of two conditional cells in the excel
document are both 1. Frequency of web query update/refresh and checking
contents of conditional cells should be selectable.
Deliverables:
Application should have the following input fields :
E-mail addresses (where e-mail is to be sent) : (takes multiple address
separated by comma).
Frequency of update of Web Query : xxxx seconds (minimum 20 seconds).
Location of Web Query cell (top left cell) : C:\My
Documents\[Test.xls]Odds'!$A$2.
Frequency of checking contents of conditional cells : yyyy seconds
(minimum 15
seconds) or after web query update.
Conditional cell 1 address: C:\My Documents\[Test.xls]Odds'!$W$21.
Conditional cell 2 address: C:\My Documents\[Test.xls]Odds'!$X$21.
Address of cell contents to be e-mailed: C:\My
Documents\[Test.xls]Odds'!$T$19.
Logic for program:
Update/Refresh Excel document Web Query at cell location (A2) every xxxx
seconds.
Check for the values of contents of cells 1(W21) and 2 (X21) , every yyyy
seconds or after web query update.
If contents of cell 1 (W21) AND cell 2 (X21) are both 1
Then send contents of selected cell (T19) by e-mail to e-mail addresses
entered,
Else: Don&'t send e-mail.
Program may be integrated into excel as a macro. In this case only e-mail
address/es, frequency of Web Query update and frequency of checking
conditional cells value need to be selected as other inputs are fixed and
can be integrated into the program. If program is a separate VB application
coder needs to also supply all visual basic source/project files at time of
delivery. The excel document in question (Test.xls) has total of 6 sheets,
the first sheet is named “Odds” is updated through a Web Query and the
values of conditional cells (W21 and X21 in the sheet “Odds”) may change as
a result.
Require complete source code of all programming work done.

I would like it completed in the next
