Description:

I'm in the middle of a project and have run out of time. I've got all of the information, I just need someone to help finish. I can walk pretty much anyone through it, so if you have time, this is a quick cash, quick rating job for you.

It's a kids game to create their own cartoon. I have a series of images, heads, bodies, hats, backgrounds, etc. and the code to generate a packed dll of the images. I'm using strictly bitblt to do this job, so no DirectX, C or Delphi, pur VB. It's part of a bigger project.

I'd prefer someone in the US so I can ship a CD of images to them, if outside the US, I can offer an FTP site to download the images.

I need this done in about 2 wks from acceptance, so please only apply if you have the time to finish it, don't make a bid and then pass it on to "someone that works for you."

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Special Conditions / Other:

I would prefer someone that would be comfortable sending daily screenshots/status reports to me directly. I am willing to part with partial payments as I see progress, and if you can get it done quicker, I can offer a bonus and more work.

Also, all of the images are currently in layers using Adobe Photoshop. I can export, but if you have Photoshop and familiar with it, I would use that in helping me determine who wins the bid!

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
