Description:
I want a program (Windows or PIC) that will receive an IR code such as from a TV remote control, match it to a table of learned codes (taught by the user) and emit the learned code as an IR output. I think I can figure out the IR receiver/transmitter operating from the serial port but if this is included in the work it would be better. Total codes to be managed is around 100.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Please specify if you will include the IR hardware portion.
Platform:
Windows 98 SE,or other windows or PIC (Prefered)
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

| I recently found and built an identicle project to this. Actually I use a remote control to start certain download programs at my day job. I could just click on the icon to start loading the equipment but that is so boring... The program is done in C++ and uses the serial port. You can build the board inside a standard DB case as it's not much more than a IR Reciever and IR LED. I would be happy to forward the web page to you since I can personally attest to the fact that it works and is free. |
