Description:
I am in need of VB a code fix, or code, that sinks all Internet Explorer html DOM events--most importantly, it must do this for all frames on the page.
I currently have code that successfully picks up all running IE's and sink's their document's DOM events, but I cannot, for the life of me, get it to recieve events from documents (subdocuments) within framesets. (Although I can get the frameset itself's events)
A good example of a page where my code won't work would be http://www.theonion.com
My current code cannot capture mousedown events in the frames within the master frameset on this page.
I am willing to pay for either having my code fixed, or for a working event framework. My code is currently based on sinking IE via shdocvw, however a browser helper based method would be acceptable, and possibly preferable. I would be willing to pay more for a working VB browser helper based framework that provides access to the DOM events.
Please do not respond unless you have experience sinking IE events and or working with IE browser helper objects.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working framework in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
WIN NT/2000/XP/ME/95/98

Hello. Here are example of code you need. Just unpack zip and run Regiter.bat
This sample consists of Browser helper object dll and exe that provides logging form.
when new browser window opens, Browser helper object is attached to it.
On OnDocumentComplete browser event it attaches object that handles some of document events.
When browser goes to another location, helper object destroys all document's event handlers and
waits for for new OnDocumentComplete events raised. Is this exatcly what do you ned ? If so, I can place final bid. Thanks.
