Description:
I need a small webpage designed, for me I have an idea I just dont know html and want it alot nicer than I can do it. It will be a webpage based on the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL. This will most likely conist of 4 pages the main page and 3 sub pages. I would like a small flash animation on the site which I can describe. It will be an easy flash I think. I would prefer this to be writtin in dreamweaver since thats what I have. I just need to intial design done I will do all follow up editing and I will do the actuall posting of it. I also would like to have a small java applet like a sports ticker.
So if you

#3) Know Java applets
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
