Description:
I need a good DB programmer that will write a program that will do the following:
Automatically create tables to SQL2000, 7 or MySQL on installation
Need to import a CDR (call Detail Record (CDR is TXT or CSV file)) to the newly created Tables.
After the import of the CDRs I will need that program to understand that info and then maps it a price list depending on predefined rates that we can set.
you will find a CDR sample and the code for the CDR server here if you need to modefy it to get a CSV file and not a CDR file then go for it You will also find more Details in the Zip file about the Project.
IT would Be best if you have a Fixed IP address so you can run the CDR server your self and get the files
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Functionality
As specified in ‘project description.doc&'
Database
SQL Server 2000 / MSDE
MSDE is a compact but freely distributable version of SQL server that can be installed on Windows 98/2000/NT/XP. Using this will lower the cost of running your application for users. MSDE will perform well if your database is not expected to grow very large. We can also give the user an option during setup between MSDE and SQL server, the code can be written such that it works well with either.
A good database design is very important to give the flexibility you need in defining billing rules. Import/ Export of data from/to CSV is no problem at all.
User Interface

We could also develop a web interface, but we recommend the above as it will provide easier installation, better performance and a richer user interface.
Reports
Using Crystal Reports 8. The reports will be integrated such that additional reports may be added without the need to recompile the application. Reports will have customizable headers with name and logo information set from the application.
