Description:
The Police Crime Recording System is a UK. based database that specializes in
recording data about types of crimes. You are required to provide a software system,
based on object analysis and design on this problem specification, that maintains a list
of offenders, a list of victims, a list of offences, and which offences are perpetrated by
which offenders, and against which victims.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Problem specification
• Victims and Offenders have a unique ID, name, address, date of birth and sex.
The address is also available as geographical units (an 'X' and 'Y' number).
named 'Gis_Y&' and 'Gis_Y'. Example information for Victims and Offenders
is available in Tables I and 2.
• Offences also have a unique ID, code which represents the unique ID of a
victim, and a series of codes which represent the unique ID's of all the
offenders involved in this offence (if they have been caught). Offences also
have the beacon (as geographical units 'Gis_X&' and 'Gis_Y'), a Home Office
code (see Table 4), which represents the type of crime, the date of the crime, a
list of property stolen (if relevant) and a Modus Operandi (not always filled in)
- see Table 3.
• Please note that the location of the offence represents where the crime
happened, which is not necessarily where the victim lives. In the case of
burglary against a person, the 'Gis_X' and 'Gis_Y' values will be the same as
those of their home, i.e. it is their home that has been burgled. However, the location
of criminal damage against someone may have different ' Gis_X' and 'Gis_Y' values as it could have been against their car, which was not
necessarily parked at their ho~ee
The system should start up with this list of offences, offenders and yictims, but
also allow extra offences to be added or deleted
It should be possible to add and delete offenders
It should be possible to add and delete victims
The system should also display all the offenders who have carried out a given
crime type
The system, should also be able to display all the crimes in a given
geographical 'square' - determined by 2 points (Gis_X, Gis_Y) representing
the top-left and bottom-right of this square.
