Description:
Hello,
I am looking for a coder to build a small website for a friend of mine, this is not a big project, The coder would have to make a main page, distributed titles list, contact page, faq, there should be a way to use a template or something so the content can be edited, the code the programmer uses is completely up to him/her, the coder will also be responsible for uploading the site to the web, I will email the winning bidder the host name etc. ok the name is Twinge Records it is a small record label, that specializes in distributing underground releases,., The front page should have a spot to update or change content regularily., I will try to answer all questions pertaining to the bid request, but once gagain this is for a friend of mine, so I will answer any questions I can., This needs to be completed by the middle of June, So there is really no rush.,Thank you to all that are interested in this project.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
site must be able to be viewed through all web browsers.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have a very simple to use php program that I have used to create the site www.hakosoftware.com. Content can be edited easily with Microsoft FrontPage (or any other html editor) without breaking the style or look and feel of the site. I will create content pages for you based on information you send to me, as well as scan documents for graphics if you need scanning services.
Please consider using me for this project. I work on the web portal team for a 30k student university, and I am trying to get a rating started on rentacoder. For a very low cost, I will provide you with a fast-loading site that can be easily maintained by someone with very little effort. I can also recommend very low cost hosting that would probably meet your requirements.
