Description:
this simple program is a very simplified version of a 'paypal' or credit card style system.
using object oriented programming, more helpful details and examples of the files will be provided to the winning bidder
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. small description of each function is required
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi. I have gone through your specs throughly. They are simple and straight forward.
I'd be glad to do this task for you.
I've over 6 years experience programming in C++.
This is very easy task for me. I've already done many tasks like that for files proccessing, using hash tables.
I will follow the specifications exactly.
I will do it in pure C++ programming in UNIX.
I will deliver commented code and help understand it if necessary.

The specs are very clear. For hash-function of SIMcardDB.dat file I plan to use something like: (converted SIM card number to value) / (hash table size = 5000) For hash-function of cardDB.dat file I plan to use something like: (identity number) / (hash table size = 10000) |
