REGSVR32 CRYSTL32.OCX
THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE APPEAR : LOAD LIBRARY ("CRYSTL32.OCX")FAILED. GETLASTERROR RETURNS. 0x0000001F.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

This is pretty simple : you are missing a few libraries needed by this control. To see what are the libraries missing, use Dependency Walker (comes with Visual Studio -- or you can download it as well), then copy them to your system directory and eventually register those needing registering. Another way to find out is if you find the dependency file (crystl32.dep) for your ocx and have a look at all the files in there.
