Description:
I have been trying for the past few months to find a good programmer that could make me a program that I would like to have made for my gaming clan (which is [UBH], Union of Bounty Hunters).
I have re-done and re-made the details, but because they contain too many characters for this form field, I will just email them to any programmers who request more detail through the messaging system that RentaCoder uses.
I will warn you though that this may require some of the HIGHEST in programmers abilities...
Here's just the beginning of my details:
I have been trying for the past few months to find a good programmer that could make me a program that I would like to have made for my gaming clan (which is [UBH], Union of Bounty Hunters).
Details:
>>> Program needs an easy and Win98 look to it. Must appear/look/and feel professional without the feel of a generic Win98 look.
>>> Needs to contain an "in-program" registration system so that you can only have 1 user per. computer and that they register it through the program as soon as it loads. The program would need to revolve around the username for administration tasks so that the use of tracking and using IPs isn't needed at all.
>>> Would need some sort of "in-program" administration center where I will be able to ban users, unban users, make users admins, un-make users as admins. Admins would need to be able to ban users from the software as well as do other special tasks.
>>> There will need to be some sort of listing database where anyone could search for a user. As well as a complete listing that could show all the registered users as well as showing whether they are online/offline, as well as showing simple information like Name and Email Address as well as showing when they last logged on.
>>> Then a chatroom that I would like (if possible), to use the technology and etc... that is used in "The Palace" and "implement" that program into this if possible.
>>> And I would need a News page that'll be displayed when the program starts. But it'll need to be setup to load things off of a website that will be designated.

Special Conditions / Other:
I would prefer to have the program finished by mid November (Nov. 10-20th) or by 2002 if needed.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi there. I'm working in Intel and i've created many inhouse internet software for the company.Thus I'm very experience in this area.
This is what i am able to do:
I can help you creat a program that will have a professional yet newage look. It shall be able to support bordeless forms just like Sonique.So it'll be able to look any shape you want me to design.Additioanlly it's also able to support skins.It'll be able to change it's appearence to provide a refreshing look.You mentioned you want to ability to administer and track and link the users together.In order to do that you would need to have a computer that is running to act as a server.This would mean there would be 2 software: The Server and the Client.The admin would be using the Server and the rest of the users will be using the Client. Through the Server you would be able to bad/kick/unregister members.
I'm also able to program a chat function together with a drawing board function so that one might chat as well as draw to communicate. It shall support industrial strength encryption and data compression to make the flow of traffic as secure and smooth as possible.I'm also able to add an internal webbrowser to it so that you members can surd your webpage easily.I'm also sure sound effects in the software would be a plus for you.I would also code a update feautre for you so that th e software can update itself via the net I can also provide a notice board/forum so that you can put up notices and have discussion.Becuase what you required, it would be a major project. Thus I'm charging a steep price for it. BUT what you would get at the end of the day would be a professional and new age program that is stable and guarentee to satisfy your needs. At this price i would also provide technical support after the completion of the project and would also be willing to update any minor changes that you might need.I would definately be able to complete it by 2002.
