Description:
I would like to have a file or database designed to accept 3 or 4 fields of information from a VB program of my design. During the program process, a user is requested to sign in, where the name, id number, and date is collected. THis information is transferred to a summary screen for viewing at the end of the program, where the user's score and a pass/fail type grade is issued. I would like to have the following information passed to a database file, viewable and able to be queried outside of the vb program. The following fields should be available:
Last Name, First Name, Date -(month year) pass/fail
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
All permutations of windows after 95, and the database in access would be great.

Hi,
I can do this for you in VB6. This bid includes an access database with the following fields: 'lastName', 'FirstName', 'Date', & 'PassFail'. This will be viewable in any program that can normally view an access database. I will also create a Code Module for you to use in your app with the following public subroutines: 'OpenDatabase(ByVal DB as string)', 'CloseDatabase(ByVal DB as string)', and 'AddRecord(ByVal LastNames as string, ByVal FirstName as string, By Val Date as string, ByVal PassFail as string)'. I will also provide you with step by step directions on how to add the proper references to your project so that the code module will work in your project.
