Description:
Write a program that allows the user to add a series of Social Security Numbers and the date each one was obtained into either a list or Combo Box. Use two MaskEdit controls to allow the user to input the Social Security Numbers and the dates using the proper format for each. Allow the user to remove the items from the List or Combo Boxes. Format for the Social Security number should be ###-##-#### and the date format should be ##-##-## (dddddd).
Give the user the option of saving the contents of the List or Combo box to a SEQUENTIAL file. Also allow the user the option of opening up an existing file. Use a text box for entering the file name and create an error handling routine for the event the user enters a file name that does not exist for opening up an existing file.
The program code must be FULLY documented using algorithms to explain each step within each procedure. All variables must me commented with definition.
The sequential database can be created by the programmer using a defined extention such as .seq so that only these files can be opened by the program.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Hi,
I have been programming with VB for over eight years now (the last three or so with VB6). I can do exactly what you ask and have it to you within 24 hours of the time that I see the escrow clear. The only question that I have is I'm not sure what you mean by 'The program code must be FULLY documented using algorithms to explain each step within each procedure'. If this is a homework assignment, can you please send a copy of the exact assignment so that I can be sure to get it exactly the way you need it the first time? If it's not a homework assignment, then there are better ways to accomplish this.
This bid includes everything in the bid request, fully commented source code (but just what is an algorithm comment?), unlimited email/im support, unlimited bugfixes, and as many revisions as it may take to get it just the way YOU want it.
