Description:
I need to run a site wnere members are paid out for each referral on a monthly basis as long as that new referral remains an active member.Thus payout is on one-level only.Site will have password protected members area.
Site will be integrated with payment processor(Ibill/CCbill/??) to process new signups.Members will make recurring monthly payments.There needs to be a backend database to organise relevant info.actives/inactives/suspended/name/addr./email/etc/etc/etc/.Members must be able to log in and check their stats-total comm.due/total signups under them/etc/etc/etc.
Also a self-replicating webpage feature where a new web page is generated for the new member.
This is basically it.It wil have all the features of sites of this nature(mlm/referral).
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Unix/Linux

May 15, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We have gone through the PDF file. Looking at the scope of the work to be done I think so $200 is a fair price for this project. We can develop the functionality mentioned in PDF in JSP/PHP with MySql as the backend.
