Description:
I need an application written in VB6.0 (I do not want C++) that will act as a toolbar for Internet Explorer such as Yahoo's, Google's, and even RentaCoder's toolbars. You can decide on it's functionality as long as it's obvious as to how you coded it so that I can modify it for personal use. Some obvious needs, would be a drop down list with certain programs like notepad, calculator, paint, etc. That when selected, the button next to it, will execute that application.
I will add it to an existing project of mine, so I'm mostly interested in the outline and not a full functional complete application.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
