It will consist of a key (preferably a skeleton key) turning vertically while approaching a lock. It will insert into the lock and and when it does money will fly out. It needs to be a maximum of 100 X 100 (pixels). It doesn't have to loop, but maybe some type of constant movement in the background of the logo, just to keep it 3-D like.
