User enters a block of text from keyboard. Program places text in an oval or rounded rectangle, with selectable border and fill color, and a cartoon-style 'tail' which can be positioned as needed. User can adjust bubble size & shape, text size, line breaks, font, etc as required, then save updated image back to the original file format.
