I have drafted a word doc page with the information and proposed layout. I would like to this phase one project to be completed, tested and fully functional on the website by May 10th 2002. If the site is not done by the time we will cancel the project with you and move on. We want seamless database interaction and immediate response from the query to the user displayed on the internet browser and a copy of user information and final display emailed to my mailbox for tracking. The site is hosted by www.addr.com and has the telnet and other stuff needed to make this happen. All forms and information that is collected and displayed and emailed must be collected through secured forms. Addr.com provides SSL based security to protect the information. A general layout to the state specific state links will provide information but will have other links within the page relay the user back to the registration section----Phase two will be posted later about registration and password protected area. Database will cover all states in the united states each state will have between 35 to 80 elements that may be queried. Programmer will have to know how to weigh form information against queries and provide the specific responses that I need to provide when it must read other then the information in the database. This information is sensitive as it provides legal based criteria for government licensing requirements and must provide correct queries and display the final information correctly on the browser. It also needs to have an easy user changing admin area since the information changes very often. Bascially it will act similar to an approval or underwriting type database reviewing user input and either supplying an approval or non approval status with reasons based for non-approval which would result in displaying the criteria needed versus criteria entered. Need automated email of responses to me for tracking etc. rest of the information should be pure content and HTML coding. Would like XML standards used as much as possible since phase 8 or 9 will involve the dumping of user entered information right into fields on specific forms that are to be sent to the government. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Want explanation of how source works Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: Company uses windows XP & Access 2000 database. Prefer to minimum standard interface with top browsers with speeds to accomadate slower computers. Need multi browser operational code with option of frams or no frames below the homepage.
