Description:
The project is to create a banner program based on iab standards:
http://www.iab.net/iab_banner_standards/bannersource.html
When the program starts, have the option of free from size or choose from one of the iab standards.
Should be able to choose:
1. background color
2. gradient colors in various directions
3. optional background image to be used
4. transparency
5. pull in a logo or any image and resize it to specs in the browser
6. ability to type text in and change font and size
7. aave as any image type (bmp, jpg, gif -- gif will be default; I do have a Unisys license)
8. ability to make animated images
9. ability to move elements around and position them
Both a wizard and manual mode should be setup. In wizard, it shoud walk step by step to make a full banner. In manual mode, all the features should be accessible to perform as desired. Both should have a good interface. The main program (manual) should have the standard menus and those needed for the features.
Other items:
1. a section of sample banner image designs would that contain bullets, squares etc.
2. some pre-setup banners that are generic with some style to it. Scrolling text, flames etc. Just something that is cool and generic. 3-5 should be included at minimum.
3. this would be a great place to add flash banner support. It could be basic. This is optional, but would be a plus.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Win95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
