Description:
Existing application is located at http://www.videoghost.com/
this application has been released under the GNU lesser license, and Brainclone License. I require a developer familiar with .Net to use the code in the current application, and The following would be required:
+ Follow License requirements and hyperlink new app to Brainclone.com (in tray options)
+ Extend to be able to ghost all windows in OS
+ Title bar control on all windows (XP/2000) for transparency: Similar to winamp title bar control found below. The title controls will control manual changes in transparency of window and toggle transparnecy on/off. here is the winamp link to help you develop this piece: http://www.beesknees.freeserve.co.uk/software/index.html
+ Tray icon to control ghost options
- Option -> Change Percent of transparency for automated functions
- Option-> Ghost on MouseOver: Automatically makes window transparent when mouse passes over it
- Option-> Ghost on MouseNotOver: Automatically makes window transparent when mouse passes AWAY from window
- Options-> Manual/Auto mode: Can change between manual mode, or Auto Ghost on MouseOver or Ghost on MouseNotOver
+ Mouse Button Controls
- Mouse middle button click: Toggles creating/patching hole on form where mouse is over. Hole allows access to form underneath, just like videoghost app.
- Mouse Scroll: When hole is toggled on, or created, the scroller on the mouse will change transparancy of form.
+ User friendly help and simple tutorial
- create help for beginning users accessed from tray
- create sample HTML tutor page for user to follow, and get aquainted with new app.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Since the transparency and the form access code (createing a hole in the form to access form underneath) is already released using the GNU lesser license, I will need to have the license requirements followed.
Platform:
Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Must use .net code available at www.videoghost.com

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
