-Erases Microsoft Internet Explorer Internet components (Selective keeping of components)
-Erases Microsoft Internet Explorer Download Folder memory
-Erases Windows Media Player History
-Erases Windows Media Player PlayLists in Media Library
-Erases Netscape Navigator temporary typed URLs, files, cache and history.
-Erases Netscape Navigator Cookies
-Erases Netscape Mail v4+ sent and deleted e-mails
-Erases Netscape Mail hidden files
-Overwrites Any Files You Specify with Random Data -Then Deletes Them
-Runs As Often as You Specify - Automatically

Hi
I made a similar program for somebody else on rentacoder. See my ratings. It didn't have all your options. I will not use that code but I have a good experience in dealing with this topic.
A will make the program in VC++ 6.0 and i will give you an installation kit.
Please tell me if you have questions or something is not as you like.
