I can handle the banners and such, but I need a perl program to organize the video, audio, and text files. It should be able to pull from a list/database of files, writing the caption associated with the file, then when the surfer clicks on that link, it should take them to another page to either view or download the file. Caption, date format, and size fields are needed. Must be scalable to handle thousands of files. The caption from the first page should also appear on the second page. I also need a simple (preferably web based) interface to add new files. A coder who can keep server load to a minimum is greatly appreciated. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: Program should be able to operate on a Linux/Unix system with Perl installed.
