This is what we need:
We have 13 domains.
Each domain has 3-7 DIFFERENTLY FORMATTED html tables.
Each table contain Investment Performance data for different investment option.
Example: http://www.scholarshare.com/invest_band.html
We want to create a file containing data and place it in secure, not public, folder.

This file would need to have simulate format as attached text file.

You need to build a solution that would run inside html pages and on each user visit check for updated data from created data file. Since this created data file would be in "not public" directory (controlled by .htaccess) you would need to create a way of providing proper user name and pwd before reading from it but without end user interaction and invisible in source code or any other means.
This solution need to run in above mention system.
Also it could be developed in .php and mysql but it require much more work.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
A non-disclosure will need to be signed.
